Sending a bulk SMS campaign in Tanzania follows the same handful of steps regardless of which network your recipients are on.
1. Create an account
Sign up and add your business details. There's no monthly fee to open an account, and credits are bought as you need them rather than on a subscription.
2. Add your contacts
Import a contact list -- typically a CSV -- and group it however your campaigns need to be segmented. Phone numbers are normalised on import so a badly formatted number doesn't silently fail later.
3. Choose a sender
Send from a shared number immediately, or use a registered sender ID carrying your business name once it's approved.
4. Write and send
Write the message, personalise it with contact fields if needed, and send immediately or schedule it for later.
5. Check delivery
Each message carries a delivery status returned by the recipient's network, visible per message rather than only for the batch as a whole.
