Reach every major network in Tanzania

Bulk sending

Send a campaign to one contact or your whole list, with the cost shown before you spend it. Vodacom, Airtel, Tigo, Halotel, TTCL and Zantel are all reachable from the same account.

Your own sender ID

Message recipients under your registered business name instead of an anonymous number. We handle the TCRA registration for you.

Scheduling

Queue a campaign for a future date and time and let the gateway release it -- useful for reminders, renewals and timed promotions.

Built around contacts, not just messages

Contacts and groups

Import, group and tag your contacts. Phone numbers are normalised on the way in so campaigns don't fail on a bad format.

Personalisation

Merge a contact's name or any other field into the message text, written once and correct for every recipient.

Opt-out handling

Unsubscribes are recorded automatically and enforced across every future campaign, so an opted-out contact can't be messaged by accident.

For developers who need to send SMS from code

The same account works through the portal or through a REST API with key authentication, delivery webhooks and per-message status. Read the API reference or see the dedicated SMS API Tanzania page.

Common questions

What does bulk SMS cost?

One published rate per message, and it is the same rate for every customer. Buying a hundred thousand credits costs exactly a hundred times what buying a thousand costs, so there is no volume tier to reach and no discount to negotiate. You buy credits up front, there is no line rental and no minimum spend, and credits never expire.

Which countries can I send to?

Tanzania is live today across Vodacom, Airtel, Tigo, Halotel, TTCL and Zantel. Kenya is our next market and has an open waitlist, with Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi on the roadmap. One account sends to every market we support, so you never manage a second login.

Can I use my own business name as the sender?

Yes. We register an alphanumeric sender ID for you with the regulator in each country, so recipients see your brand rather than an anonymous number. Registration is included and we handle the paperwork.

How fast can I start sending?

You can create an account and send a test message immediately. Live traffic begins once your sender ID is approved by the regulator, which is the only step that depends on a third party.
